President Jacobs appoints national figures to the Long Island chapter’s Advisory Board

Keeping his commitment to leverage some of the best and brightest minds in rebuilding the Long Island Chapter, the members of the new Advisory Board have excelled at a high level across various industry verticals.

Comprised of two Queens/Long Island natives; Union President, Gregory Floyd and Former Georgia Tech Men’s Basketball Coach Paul Hewitt both have been very active in the community for the past 25 years. The other two appointments are former Clinton and Obama Advisor, Clyde Williams and Corporate Executive Keith Wyche, author of the best selling book “Good is Not Enough”.

JACOBS, STATED: “WE’RE DELIGHTED TO HAVE SUCH A GROUP OF ACCOMPLISHED PROFESSIONALS WITH DIVERSE BACKGROUNDS.

All having served on boards of multi- million dollar organizations and each having prior experience working with President Jacobs, they are expected to identify gaps, key strategies, and trends that will ultimately enhance the One Hundreds ability to deliver strategic programs.

“These leaders will provide key contributions to our strategic direction. Their input and expertise will excel our programs (mentoring, education, health and wellness and economic empowerment), create networks and enable us to keep our finger on the pulse of not just the local, but the broader global community and industry best practices,” says President Jacobs.
